I buy the leaflets in pallets of 30,000 at a cost of £1425.00delivery cost varies from 20 - 60 £ per thousand
So far then an average 0.5% return - would be intersting to know the figures when yhou have done leafleting and enquirys have slowed right down to what you would expect from just word of mouth / website hits
We have had over 130 new customers in the last 7 weeks! Im knackered as I do all the first cleans before passing them over to my staff. All from leaflet campaigns and still coming in at about 5 a day, I cant believe its mid sep and going strong. We still have 16,000 to deliver before the end of the year. Also about 30% of them are having additional services with the first cleans.I think its times like these that a decent setup come into their own in terms of a large tank and the right pole and brush combo, I like a nice high flow on first cleans. It would be great to get another 150 before the end of the year.
believe me they are a good price. yes they are more like brochures and are out only form of advertising. To answer another question I dont do quotes, the quote is in the leaflet so 130 is 130.7 new so far this week.If I take on new people I prefer to train they fromn scratch. we are not looking to get any bigger after this year as I will be franchising from that point.
I was asked how many quotes to get 130 customers. the answer is 130, because we dont do quotes the price is in the leaflet so when someone calls they are a new customer not someone looking for a quote. If on the other hand someone calls that has not had a leaflet I price them up over the phone. The only houses I actually go and see are ver big or unusal designs.
