I KNOW ANDY MATE , but i will be able to drive onto estates and park up on 2ft of snow and that after a 1 hours work i will be able to pull away , i will have no concerns in getting about as long as i am careful

That is despite the fact that when its that cold the water freezes on the glass and the customers look at you as if you are mad so you won't be cleaning windows in two foot of snow anyway.

Best way to deal with snow is to put a few quid away each week to enable you to put your feet up during the worst of it. Cup of coffee and Jeremy Kyle approach . Don't go buying a vehicle specially, It will cost you ten times more than you will ever see back from the few days extra work you might squeeze in.

vince as we all know when there is snow on the ground it can still be warm enough to clean windows .  the point as was trying to make is i will have no probs getting about .  and when going onto housing estates were do all the good folk who have cleaned their road and driveways put the snow .  piled up 2ft high on the footpaths which is were most of us park half on half off .

Also you cant tell me if their is snow on the ground for 4-5 wks you will be sitting at home watching jeremy kyle .

I have not bought the L200 especially , just to get to work it is a good all round vehicle . which will help in the winter when the nearest shop to us is a 5 mile round trip , i have had a 4wd motor for about 5yr now but this year decided it was better to get a  4x4 which was built as a works vehicle . so my wife i have get to benefit in every way , both work and leisure .


THe state of the roads is what stops  most of us getting out to work , last winter i only lost a weeks work so a 4wd or a 4x4 does make a difference ,  Mike
