If you're going to feed both hoses into one DI, then there's no point in a second pump. As long as you have a decent pump, you can run both reels from one pump, I have successfully done so for 3 years. The only thing you need to bear in mind using it this way, is when one person is cleaning upstairs and one downstairs, as the pressure will drop on the upstairs pole. As I say, once you get used to this you can work accordingly.
Having said that, two pumps are better for the reasons I have already mentioned above. You will need to have a completely separate feed though. I would personally not share the feed from the tank, as you may overwork you pumps. You will also need to have separate DI vessels for each of the reels.
