My powerflite 1350 has been running a hot plug for a couple of days. I checked out the plug top only to find no earth connected and a dodgy looking neutral connection. Yes it was PAT tested a couple of months ago. Trouble is when i replaced the plug top ensuring the earth was attached,  i found it would trip the fuse. Turn on the pump fine, vac 1 fine truble is with vac 2.

Strange that it worked before changing the plug top. Ordered new vac today hopefully this will solve problem. I just wish in a city the size of Manchester you could find an engineering company for repairs and possibly a stockist for parts.
