I was just wondering where does your work come from. Percentage breakdown of say Leaflets, Thomson, referals and any others you can think of.

For he last 6 months-

29% Yellow pages
27% Reccomendations
32% Repeats
12% Parish mags and village shop windows.

If you don't already (and you should do) ask every job where they found you and note it on the job sheet. Analyse the figures every month to start with. I do mine every six months and the don't vary much. Drop any renewable ads if they are not working.
