How Long do you keep customers waiting
« on: October 19, 2005, 08:34:46 am »
Just recentley I have lost one ore two jobs as I cannot offer cleaning within day two days

I usually work aprox two weeks in advance

but have a little flexiability but find impluse type cleans hard to accomodate.

I only book domestics to 2pm each day, most days the guys can fill thier day with impulse cleans, if I had a 2 week wait I would put another van on the road and cut the wait time.
I clean carpets
I dry Buildings

Ian,

I could have done 6 jobs last Saturday but there is only so much time in the day and had to turn some away.

It's a problem but a better one that having loads of spaces and wev'e all been there.

Cheers,

Doug

Funny isn't it.

When you've got the time to fit people in staight away - no calls

When you don't have time to fit people in straight away - plenty busy phone
