How do you find people in your area on fb? As iv had window cleaners from the usa ask me to be friends, how did they find me?
is there an idiots guide to it or something?

Think who is your target market?
i.e do you get mainly women asking for there windows cleaned?
if so aim for women
what sort of ages?
30 plus?
add people are 30 plus.
add all your local businesses
add every woman 30 plus from your area.
add every older man too.
join all the local groups and add people from there and then friends of friends etc.
before you know it you have a very big client base.

free is good mate like that word.target market for us the 16 to 25 year group and over 50 people they wont go for the cheaper quote windy and there is a few about mate. they get to know you and stick with you. the profesional types will pee you about. as i have found out down the line.

surely not many 16 to 25s have houses these days m8.i had one at 21 but not many seem to these days.

How are you adding local businesses ? searching for them or something? sialarly how are you finding women over 30 etc
