when i put "i have no special equipment, i meant to put money there too" - skint big time, £616.16 mortgage every month, furthest i can go to is a few bottles of some sort of cleaner - just realised my mom n dad have an old vax carpet washer thingy in their loft could give that a go too...  do u recommend any strong cleaners to put in the vax? or i could do by hand?!?!

PS.. thanks for replying...

You can not clean a carpet on fresh air and elbow grease, you need a machine and it will cost money to hire. Its cheaper than a professional though. Hire a machine, or buy a large rug and cover the stains.
