what would you do
« on: July 08, 2011, 07:06:36 pm »
i like most get the odd winger that says didnt think you'd be coming in this weather (rain)

got one 2nite while collecting say dont do them again when its p*ssing down,i say why was there a problem,he said no but theres just no point when its raining,he wasnt in at the time i cleaned them and i saw him arrive home when i was in another part of the street while i was putting ladders on roof,so he just assumed it was raining when i cleaned them (it was just showers)

so what do others do with custy like this

1,just miss them if its ever raining,

2,go back another day,

3,or dump

by the way its just your average 3 bedder

explain rain does not affect the cleanliness of the window, infact rain water is nearly 100% pure (its about 10ppm)
if they dont except you cant stop for rain every 2 minutes as your running a business then dump!

unless you dont have many custys then just do your best!

Without showing any disrespect to anyone at all,

I know what Derrick Bird would have done.

Did you get paid?

Educate them politely - in writing if necessary. If they still won't allow it then respectfully part ways.
It's a game of three halves!

Dear GB Window Cleaning,

Do you know that an anagram of your on line name is:

Abed Clown Winging

Also, just about every post on this forum has been done before (trust me on this), and if we didn't repeat them, then no-one would post.

And not only that, the answers may change from one post to another, depending on who gives input.

So, really, no 'winging'; please don't take this the wrong way.

I had one on weds say " dont bother today-weathers going to be crap all week"
"seriously??!" as in (are you for real?!)
"yeah.Thurs garbage and friday, but do em next time eh!"
"of course" (will i bollox, replaced her within minutes of canvassing that afternnoon to weed out the tards)
What a waster.Havent got time for "will they" wont they" attitude.
Its sort of like saying-"no point in cleaning them as its gonna rain one day........"

so what do others do with custy like this

1,just miss them if its ever raining,

2,go back another day,

3,or dump

4,pan him right in the face as hard as I can,

by the way its just your average 3 bedder

Smile sweetly, never do them again.  When they say "why aren't you doing mine?" just say "Oh, I knew you wouldn't want them doing because it's going to rain the day after tomorrow".  There's no answer to that.
