gota get a pic of my new van mount on soon as i promised i just need to wash my van and touch up the protacta-cote make her look pretty for the photos! ideally i'd like my slx pole to show off first too!

Random i know but how long have you done ju jitsu GB? I used to dabble in it but haven't done any in ages  :(

I used to do alot of mma (boxing, kickboxing, wrestling and bjj) but always loved the brazilian ju jitsu.....very technical

thats really cool mate  ;) good thing about gjj/bjj is anyone can do it at any age!

Grand master helio Gracie was training till the day he died more or less at age 96  :o
