Usually for me June is my best month as we are a University town and generally have alot of cleaning once students have left, but this year they had made a special effort to get their deposits back by leaving their rooms spotless- "sign of the times!!"

im on a 3 day week (Tues, Wed, Thur) usually this time of year flat out.
Saying that i have a full time op now so doing 5 jobs average per day instead of 3, so same as last year really.

May for us was 2nd best month in 21 years, bit of a lull at the moment,
luckily have a huge builders clean in a new Greggs factory

We are lucky guys come on we make most of our money sept to xmas and get shorter days, weeks in the summer well I seem to and I woudnt change it aftet all these years.

Lots of commercial work at the moment with everything on 30 day terms, so I have done plenty of work and yet I am skint!

Not setting the world alight here,although all the work that has been coming in is quite high value,couple of small jobs this week,and a big 5 bed tomorrow which will be £300 +
Also just heard back from a quote I did last week for a commercial job £450,smaller than the church I quoted for and lost,but not wanting to book until Dec.
