Advert Property Management 2

I opened a topic few days ago with the same subject and the people who answered made fun of me because my English is not perfect, ok I got that, my website is allready down for maintenance.How to advertise in  order to have costumers Property Management Agencies !If you can give me an advice !

Direct mailshot with a follow up letter and perhaps a "Free" sample clean so they can see what they would be getting for their money.

Something maybe more agressive, I didnt send mails but letters yes with 50% off on first job and nothing.

Try smaller independent agencies I have several in my area and just hit them once a month with a letter. I never offered discounts but was happy to do a sample clean. Large agencies are always tight on budget and often slow to pay.

Christi maybe just go into the  letting agencys/Estate agents yourself and introduce yourself rather than send any mail first..
