A bit more info would be helpful ::) what equipment have you got? do you have to do it at unsociable hours, how much stuff needs moving.

But a grand sounds like a nice round figure ;)

I reckon 2 of you would get it done in a day, one pre-spraying, agitating and doing the donkey work and one on the wand, I'd say 6-7 hundred.

What method are you planning on using?

hi there,

is that 2000sq ft per floor or total?

is it furnished?

where in the country is it?

cause if its 2000 sq ft total then appro 200 sq metres,

in london 3 years ago we would only quote about £300.00

and i reckon if you are quoting against others then someone will be in there cheap.

my personal look on it would be about 350 + vat

you pay or go else where, thank you

regards

martin

A grand would be real nice! but now I've checked my maths they would have to be on happy gas to pay it :D £4-500 is more realistic

don't we live in a metric country? whats wrong with giving measurements in metres

Its in Slough trading estate, Berkshire, the propery is vacant and theres nothing to move..the carpet tiles look like polyprop and are felt -like backing..dont care about the unsociable hours as we work 24hrs anyway.
Was going to extraction clean...so would you say £500 is a good quote (on average)...thinking maybe a grand would give the guy a heart attack! ;D
