Take the fabric off and bungee the ladder with a 28 litre bucket on the ladder also bungeed. Maybe the other way round if the end of the ladders hit the concrete on a slight incline.

Just wondering how you getting on using your bike for window cleaning ?

I'm interested as i've been thinking of using my bike with a small trailer for just one day a week.
