For your TM Gary you can buy clearwater rinse if you must or just use plain water to rinse. With a TM you will find no problems with ph after extraction.
It's not expensive, you just can't afford it.

Powerburst is quite simply the best pre-spray on the market, in my opinion. It is effective across such a wide range of soil and does the job everytime. You must acid rinse though.

                            'It dries white and hard'?

I will excuse the obvious answer to that boys!

But how can a cleaning solution dry white and hard and not cause a problem on the items being cleaned?

If you are leaving a residue this is means it's not rinsed properly.

The solution to pollution is dilution. Rinse a carpet properly with plain old water and the ph on the carpet will be the same as the water from the tap.
It's not expensive, you just can't afford it.

if you rinse with F&F you only do it once. to rinse with just water takes to many passes and to long in time

i regularly rinse powerburst with plain water (dependant on carpet type) and have never witnessed any white hard residue, and it doesn't take me any longer to rinse than when using an acid rinse.

and just to be clear for the newbies out there, always use an acid rinse until you are confident in knowing when and when not to.

If you are leaving a residue you are using too much - much too much. Should be mixed a one scoop per litre, or less, depending on soiling.
