I like to use Masterblend-Skunk odour.

Skunk Odor Control Severe Odor Counteractant is formulated to eliminate the most difficult odors such as skunk, severe urine, and dead animal. It is the number one product against skunk odor and other difficult odors such as cat urine. Skunk Odor Control is an effective water-based odor counteractant. This concentrate is designed to be diluted with water and then applied by wet fogging or spraying the affected areas. Works on contact. For use on all water-safe surfaces: carpet, upholstery, fabric, vinyl, concrete, sealed wood, tile, grout, animal cages, trash cans, etc.

Ready to use pH is 5.8

Use:
Mix 1 part Skunk Odor Control with 4 parts water (26 oz. per gallon). Apply by sprayer or wet fogger directly to the contaminated area. After use, clean all textile surfaces using the hot water extraction method. Cover all wood surfaces on upholstery prior to using product.
Caution: May etch metal surfaces.

Formulated to meet or exceed all established standards of wool fiber producers and fifth generation stain resistant carpet manufacturers.

It's a myth that most odour removers work.
If a dog, cat or human has ped on the carpet, it will have gone through to the backing, underlay and floorboards or solid floor.

In most instances the carpet will have to be removed and discarded and then the floor will need treating with bleach etc.

If urine has gone into the backing of a carpet, nothing will rmove it nor the odour.

Seen one in action it changes the atmophere from 02 to 03, killing all bacteria, the bacteria is what causes the odour in the first place. to remove a bad odour you need to kill the source of it bacteria.
Hope this helps. an after thought the room should not be entered for a while i think 20mins after the machine as been turned off.

Personally I wouldn't use Ozone to deal with Urine odours. First of all the secret to deodourisation is to physically remove as much as the contanimant as possible. The odour from urine doesn't always come from bacteria. The chemical constituents including Ammonia create some of the odour. Uric salts form in urine and these are hygroscopic which means they absorb moisture from the atmosphere creating ongoing ammonia type odours.
Re Ozone, it won't penetrate right into the pile or the carpet backing and also if any moisture is present bleaching can occur as when the activated oxygen mixes with water molecules it creates hydrogen peroxide.
