Customers been eating humble pie
« on: April 21, 2011, 05:36:04 pm »
Did a 1st clean on a property last month, when I finished I did the old wfp talk, explaining to leave them to dry naturally etc etc...The custy had the unsure look on her face so I asked if all was ok as you seem unsure,

Well I get there today to do the next clean and out she comes.

"I need to appologise to you as when you left last time I was slating you to my husband telling him how dare you leave my windows wet, well Ive eaten humble pie and feel bad as they dried amazing and I cant believe how long theyve lasted, even the sills get dirtier quicked then the glass, I must of said to my husban 100s of times that I cant believe the windows are still clean, Ive told all my neighbours and friends how great this system works so expect some new custys"

We had one who wouldn't believe it and she used to sit and watch them dry! Used to make us laugh to see her staring at the windows when we had finished others in that close. Think she got fed up after a few cleans and started believing. She too was honest and said she had not been happy at first, but then said she would never use a trad cleaner again :)
