Was just wondering what sort of hours every 1 works the last boy i worked for it was 9 - 2:30/3  5 days a week and the boy before that was 8 - 3/4 3 days a week

We don't have enough customers so we generally only do about 4-5 hours each day Monday to Friday.  Sometimes we will have the odd day when we work much longer (or sometimes much shorter) but on the whole I would say no more than about 25 hours or so per week

I work 6.30-3pm 2 days a week and 8.30-3 or 4pm the rest and Saturdays if I have to but hours depend on the size of the job.

Mon-Fri start between 5 and 6am finish about 2. Saturdays 6-10 most weeks so in total about 46-50 every week all year round

20 hours working and about 30 hours on here

actually "on the glass " working about 6-7 hours a day(full days)but if you count in collecting 2 hours a week,filling up,admin etc it adds up to much more!!


so on a normal full day in spring,summer,autumn it will be 9am-4 or 5pm then an hour filling up ready for the next day.

wfp has now started to open more gaps up on my round because i get through my workload a fair bit faster!i could comfortably take on another 3 full days work even though i have 320+ customers!

that extra room will be filled with conny roof/fascia/soffit cleans during the next 6 months and days off due to weather/holidays etc.

or working overtime

I spend about 6-7 hours a day 5 days a week cleaning windows. Some weeks 2-3 hours on a saturday then there is 6 hours a week collecting/canvassing or filling.

Im cutting it down though over the next few months by increasing prices and reducing the frequency of the cleans. Instead of working 5 days im hoping to work 4 days instead but be earning more money. I should have a full round again in 3 months with more free time.
