Had a custie ring today to say they wish to cancel because, in her words... "My husband watched you last time clean the windows and the glass conservatory roof and has been to B & Q and bought a pressure washer and is going to do them himself, because it looks so easy :
I said ok then... just couldnt be bothered to tell them about what a state they will be in when they dry and the sun suns through!

had a custy come out the other month and say i neednt bother anymore as her son had bought one of them "pole things".(tds 140)he just connected to their outside tap and scrubbed away!
next month she said can you please keep doing them her son had made a mess(lots of white spots!)!!

id take her back and charge her more first time as they will be a right mess,
im trad and hate it when a custy washes there car near the windows hard scrubbing get the spots off

I had a customer complain of spots a while back and so I went round to have a look. Only one window, right next to where the car was parked.
