I've got the Wagtail Whirlind but to be honest I rarely use it.
99% of my work is WFP, they are good but take a bit of getting used to.
Mine came with hard rubber blade fitted but I found it works better with a soft rubber.

its just for when i do pole work am using a visa/versa but if you miss any bits it drys white or is just me

Wagtail is very good for pole work. The white bits are probably the soap solution that you have not squeegeed off. Try putting a little less soap in the bucket and wet the glass well and make sure you squeegee the whole window off.

cleaning spot were a little cheaper than wcwh when i bought mine.
WE CLEAN BY FAITH, NOT BY SIGHT WITH WATER FED POLE WHEN WORKING AT HEIGHT.
