I have seen a fair few set ups with a large (7m x 2.55m) I guess trailer loaded front and back with caged tanks and a pressure washer bolted down in the centre.
The size of tank or tanks would obviously depend on your payload and I guess you could do the same with one.
The larger set ups tend to fill up when on site via a hydrant, thus negate the need to tow such weights. If intending to tow then you will definitely need a baffled tank / tanks.
http://www.ntta.co.uk/faq/ "You can tow a maximum of 750 Kg with an unbraked trailer but you cannot exceed half the kerb weight of the towing vehicle. You can tow a trailer with a Gross Weight higher than your car’s towing limit as long as you only load it up to that limit. It is illegal to exceed the car’s towing limit".
Out of interest do you use your WFP tank for pressure washing?
I am looking to add a WFP to one of our vans and to make this work would need to use the tank for PW as and when. This means a seperate inlet (with ballcock) and outlet.
Is this what you do and if so how many flushes to decontaminate the tank?
