approx 30-35 houses per week,.. mostly €20 and up,.. good mix of commercial as well

I love these sort of posts; how long before someone pops on to here and says that they clean 50 per day, every day ??? ??? ???

some days 40 some days 3 , depends on size and type

generally for an amount per hour/day

i dont think it can ever come down to how many house you clean a day, i go by how much i want to earn then clean the number of houses i need to make a certain daily rate. House prices can range from £10 to £50, so quantity is irrelevant.

theres always people on here who say they have x number of houses in their round, i couldnt even have a guess as to how many houses have got, i have never counted them, i just know how much they bring in each month.

i totally agree,i have the same system,once ive done my figure i finish whatever the time or how many houses

count mine in my head as i go to sleep,still no idea how many  ;D

I think the most I ever did was about 28 and the least is 1.  So much variation in house sizes and motivation levels that it's too hard to give an average.

Only clean 14 to 16 a day.

I try to do min of 10 property's a day plus my usual com's in the morning and that is starting at 6.30am- 08.30am on com's back home for breakfast and a nose on here. Then back out about 9.30 then thats me until I finish. I always try to do more tho if the weather 4cast looks crap for the coming week.

Takings off all first cleans till march 7th 2014
October  total=  cleaned  extra per month
November = cleaned extra per month
Total £  so far.

This is it, i do more if i can , ie if we are on a roll and due to finish early i usually try and get ahead instead...

Its best to try do 7-8 hours a day as you dont know when the crap weather will hit
