hi  ive got this custy who seems to be very picky now her windows are getting cleaned they were boggin before. i used to to trad them but some of the property is very uneven plus they have a larg decking balconey so ive gone on to wfp ive explaind it will take a couple of shots to get it going etc. so when i arived as expected out she came moan, moan ,moan, i checked windows to put her mind at rest and to reasure her. most of the windows where fine but just two looks like a dark shadow drible never come across this before?? am i right in thinking it has owt to do with the seal leaching if so how do you remidy it?? any sugestions welcome apart from doing her in

lord knows you wfp  lads must have the patience of a saint.  id quit the trade if i even had many  whiners/complainers about my work ,it just wouldnt sit right with me

 i think a lot of it is that they realize you are getting the same money or more money  for far less physical effort as much as anything.

ive done trad a good few years but just swaped over to wfp i still do a few trad, but any way this winger is one of the worst ive come across no wonder her last windy gave her the boot shes on my hit list im gonna give it a nother shot if still not happy it adios  i had was having a good wk until . pitty her husband the poor get

I hate dropping custys but had one last week been cleaning it around 15 months last few month getting payment started being a pain,anyway last time was 3 months worth she paid huffin a bit anyway due again last week did it went bk for money Friday night out she comes like a screaming banshie,f in and swearing at me saying a set of patio doors wear a mess and had been last few times I ad done them,anyway kept cool asked if rest of windows were ok she says yes I asked to see the offending patio she says not got time,I say ok love we will call it a day your off the round goodbye ..... If they can't afford the service just say I can't afford it don't blame it on bad job

Some people just have to find fault, its in the way they are. You won't change them but more importantly you will never please them either.

 However, for everyone like that there are several who are fine. So really its a continuous sorting out process.

I would not say it was less physical even if it looks it.. i mean i get aches n pains know n then from the pole and i do alot more walking because my legs feel it and bending moving hoses n un tangle them. Pain in the but really

 i suppose the fact you cram in more houses per day ,wfp, means the physical efforts pretty similar to trad. though i keep reading on here of big bellied wfpolers ,doing a big round   whereas id think its impossible to do a big trad round  with a big belly etc  .   thinking about it ,low down extra weight may actually be an asset when using a  wfpole,acting as a counter balance .

You mean from the top seal after its been rinsed? get a dirty run or smear at the top? rinse the top then leave it for a few mins come back to it and rise the window avoiding the top seal by about a inch or two

yes  ill try that what causes that is it that the seal has perished

Dave - if these windows have been done trad for a long time the rubber seal retains a lot of soap and
dirt - new cleans like these i spray with a dilute mix of tfr around the edge of the window then scrub
and rinse - you'll see all the black lift off from years of bad cleaning  - rinse untill the pure runs clear and you
wont get any more probs (unless going back to trad / lol  - only joking so dont throw your old shammy out of the
cart lads)
