The perfect domestic customer

Retired, wealthy, large house with easy access and wants it cleaned every four weeks regardless of the weather, has an interest in your business but doesn't want to chat for ages, pays on the nose, has insides done every three months and pays well for it. Gutters done twice a year. Recommends you to their family and friends. No dogs!

Forgot about the brew situation. One of them does have an italian coffee machine and the hubby makes a cracking latte !

350 bungalows all in a row with no access problems dog mess or rose bushes. Plus the odd yummy mummy who likes to sunbathe topless in the summer.

ive got one of these, he also tips me every time i go, also he gets his facias and gutters done twice a year. i refuse payment off him if the gutters are clear but he insists on paying me half ;D

One quite sizable house today. £25 for 30 minutes work, lady tells me that she's really pleased with the windows, so she has decided to pay me £30 from now on because she thinks it's hard work for me. WHAT A GEM!

Na,the perfect custy passes away and leaves you their house worth £450,000. That is what happened to me today. I'm still in shock. I knew she liked me but I wasn't expecting the news I've just heard :-)

No Mark. She had no family or friends to speak of. I was the only person she knew. I cant believe it. Why would I joke about something like that???

I worked with a girl that happened to. Her next door neighbour was an elderly gent who she kinda adopted and looked out for. He went into hospital for the last time and while he was there he asked her to arrange a solicitor to visit because he wanted to leave the house to her.

Ok I need to keep this short, but my best customer is a rather tidy young blonde thing, she cleans the floor in the kitchen as I do the window's in a very short nighty, usually black but sometimes deep red, then when I knock the door for payment she invites me in ;) and she doesn't only pay for the windows she pays for the extra time on the job ;D



















then I wake up and the dream is all over :'( and my leg is all wet ::)
