colin he s just winding you up!! ;D ;D ;D ;D

it means basically that you tell your customers that you clean in the rain and to call you back if there are any problems with the clean (as long as its within 48 hours)

with WFP you can clean in the rain and it doesnt affect the finish like trad does. ;) ;D ;D ;D

ive never had a call back yet!! :D :D :D

Uhh! Would you really :P
I had something similar last week, An Iraqi lady has me do her windows when she feels like it so I charge accordingly.
She called me last week and said that I had left the windows dirty on one side of the house. This was 4 days after we had had south westerly gales for 3 days on the run, yeh an funny that all the dirty windows were on the side facing south west.
She tried to say I had left them that way, and she would have called me back right away but had lost my number.

I went back and did them again, and told her to ask someone else next time she wanted her windows cleaning.
She used to follow me from room to room rubbing at the inside of the panes, just checking that all the marks were on the inside.
