The Wagtaill The Flipping thing

Ok yes it s a good peice of kit , espeacially on the pole , but the flippping thing keeps sticking to the velcro , on the other side of the Mop ..
Am I alone whats the solution ?

Yes i do use it just as a squeegee

I had a good 1 year solid using the flipper then suddenly was struck with carpal tunnel in both wrists.
    Analysing it now ,this was because when you do the  fanning moves you have the extra weight of the wet pad  ,on your wrists

 i changed over to using a wagtail scrubber and seperate wagtail squeegee and have absolutely no problems in either wrist now   and probably the same speed too because the flipper pad often messed up the closing
