Where we suppliers often become unpopular is when the warranty issue turns out to be a non warranty issue, due to frost damage, heavy handness, etc however these are few and far between.

In the same way as when you get a call back because of spotting etc, sometimes a small percentage will be a waste of your time due to it being on the inside! Does not mean that your customer service is bad.

my mates backpack circuit board failed at 2 months to which he was told to bypass it "that's what they all do" then the pump failed 2 weeks ago and was told that are no longer stocked and no suggestion of a replacement or even a resolve

I'm tired of trying to fix it for him

I told him this? Rubbish, we have said none of that. Email me his details please, so I can sort this Monday morning.

This what he's telling me, can't see why he would make it up and struggle on with faulty equipment

I wish you would sort it out for him cos it driving me up the wall as I recommended you to him because of a good price

What email address should I use?

Storeadmin@cteast.co.uk

Of the ones we sold at a deal price, 2 had an issue, one of those was in your county, and he sent it back to varitech, and they as far as I knew sorted the problem, and a credit was put on our system to cover his carriage, this happend in both cases. Heard nothing since. We have stopped selling surflo back packs due to cost, but warranties are still dealt with.
