coded padlocks

anyone ever thought about buying all your customers you have trouble with locked gates them coded padlocks and giving them all the same code this way you always know what the code is.

or do these padlocks come with pin numbers already or can you set them to a specific code

Some of the estates I work would sell the coded padlocks  ;D ... but they're getting dropped very soon

If your custies trust you they should let you have the number if not you have to book the clean with them

If you did that & they were robbed - you could find yourself a suspect.
I worked with a lad who could open those type of padlocks by turning the numbers & feeling for the alignment. He could open them every time - we lost the keys too several tool bench cabinets & he opened them all in a few minutes.

Go online and find the cracks/methods to open them.

Or start with easy numbers - mainly related to football... 1966, 1973.

Then go with war types - 1916/1918.. 39-45 etc.

and so on...

Feel for the movement of the pieces inside.

Use intuition.  Try car number plate numbers/house numbers and combinations.  Find out when various members of the family were born/died, compute compute compute.

One of my customers has a keycode and I'm pretty sure the code is the year he was born.
