invoice is okay.

I would do a simple quote.Name contact usp. Then a few basics, about how often you come, and operate etc.A photo maybe.
Thats just me.

Todays top tip.Get some cases for the mac air 11" you'll get rich.

They look pretty neat.
One thing  I found that I needed on several commercial jobs was a space for a purchase order number.  A few companies need this in order to match up the P O number with the work done and the invoice number.  Because the jobs were recurring at fairly fixed intervals, the company supplied the same number sequence for me to use each time rather than getting a separate one for each clean.
So I have a box on my invoices that reads "PURCHASE ORDER NO. (if applicable)".
You may find that you never need it but occasionally a commercial customer may ask you to quote this on your invoices so it would probably be a good idea to allow a space for it.
Obviously the number(s) are supplied by the customer(s).
I've done quite a variety of commercial jobs even though I mostly do domestic - and I've only ever had three customers who wanted it this way.

Ok cool, i'll add that.

Thanks for your help.

When you quote a commercial job do you send multilble quotes, with different frequently's on, so they pick and sign the one that they require?

I've never actually done multiple quotes for a commercial job but there may be some merit in that.
