Dave

Im putting some of my rounds prices up in the next few months and have read your comments with interest.

I have read you have put your prices up from 04.01.11 and was interested to know how much notice you gave your customers and how you told them.. was it by letter or verbally?

I understand if you dont want to say but on average how many more pounds are your customers paying now youve increased the prices?

Regards
Danny

We dont give notice, we tell them verbally,  we just charge them the new price when we clean, if they hand us the old price before, we say, from next time it will be x  amount.

If they are out they just get the new price on the slip.

Just like to say all customers have the option of not paying the new price, but so far no one has refused.

We have done that ever since we started.

Have you been celebrating keeping those M&S stores ?
