Fogwash
« on: January 05, 2011, 03:41:27 pm »
Used it today and very pleased for first 5 houses, then it would ignite for a split second and go out. No mater what I did it would not stay lit.

But I have found the cause there is a reset button on the heater that cuts the flue. If you look at the top right of the heater there is a tiny tiny black button press this to reset and all is fine. This may help someone else, see photo.

Don't know if it was you or not Roy but someone had this problem because they had the flue going at a 90 degree angle.  If you need the flue to go somewhere except straight up then have it going over gradually instead of straight up and then a 90 degree corner.  What happens is the exhaust will build up in the flue instead of going round the corner, and this in turn will trip the exhaust safety device.

I am working on a trouble shooting page at the moment, and will hopefully get it uploaded to my site soon.

Not came across any problems yet, but a couple of things like above.

I take it the fogwash seems more purpose built for wfp than the l5?
