The reason people believe Alex Gardiner is because he has proved himself to be an Honest supplier who provides excellent customer service. The other Alex is unwise to make disparaging remarks about him and is also I believe less than honest in trying to tell us he does not represent the supplier of ariel brushes as he bangs on about them at every opportunity as well as the company's other products. He is not doing his company any favours by critising Gardiners.
