No, you substitute one meal for one
kind of fruit. for example i eat about 5 bananas this gets me 80% full.
your meal plan is a little off to. you should count 4 & 1/2 hours between finishing one meal and starting the next one, E.G you finish your fruit meal at 8.15 (as you started it at 8.00) so this would push back your next meal to 12.45.
and finally, yes you can eat as many meals as you like! as long as you space them at least 4 & 1/2 hours apart. No Snacking. No exeptions!
and if you can manage it only drink water inbetween meals! all other drinks should be consumed with meals But dont worry about this final detail for now
