on my big ladder set i now have a pair of ladder limpets, as well as the spikes.

on the net is a video of those limpets fitted to a ladder that had been fitted with Wheels on the bottom. this was only  to prove that the limpets work. in my opinion that is the ultimate test of stopping ladder slip

not had any probs so far with tarmac, infact in summer when its hot it softens so spikes make small holes in ground to place them in all year round  ;)
