seems like a lot of work for 1500 intake

i mean say pubs £30 each
now i do several care home startting fro 70 -295 so taking the minimun thats 420

leaving £1K of work is shops commercial units and houses.

but the price is low at 3x in my opinion.

you should be finding how long it takes to determine if this is what you want

haha- I got a call from him yesterday asking for £7500 for the same round - 5 x monthly income!!
In Childwall isnt it? £3000 cheaper to you!!
