the crem could have been handy  beautiful city .much nicer than london .football aside very friendly . cant remember the name of the site .think it was one of those cheapos out of the sun .

It was to qualify for France `98 Barry. Yes, we needed a point in Italy and got a 0-0 draw and I had a few quid on the correct result.
Ian Wright rounded the keeper right at the end and hit the post with an open goal. I was the only one in the pub glad to see him miss  .
The reason I remember it so well, is because it was my last winning bet  .

should have remembered that , went to france 98 only got in one game . the argy one . paid best part of £300 for a ticket. 10 of us in a 4 berth motorhome.
