Anyone on here using one of these at the moment?
Just want an opinion on the actual heat these operate at
I was expecting up to 100c but it feels more like 30c or 40c

I have a perfect heat system and i get good heat right from the start.

It should heat up pretty quickly. Did you buy it new? Could be the thermostat on th e heater or was it hot first and then cooled down after you held the trigger for a while?

the fittings feel very hot after 15 mins run time but not much heat at the jets
new purchase im just wondering where the double heat goes...the water in only luke warm to touch when sprayed...i have yet to feel hot water from the jets

Are you sure you have the heater on?  I find it makes a big difference how hot the water you put in the machine is.  If its cold and around 15 c then i found it heated it to only around 40c, the most i've recorded at the end of 30ft hose is around 60c.  It also makes a difference depending on the pressure you have it at, at lower pressure the water is flowing through the heater for longer and can be hotter at the wand.  Also note that the water cools very quickly as soon as it exits the jets because the drops are so fine.  I think my heater has become less efficient after a year probably due to dirt build up inside.  Think it needs a clean out every so often.  length of hose your running also makes a difference.  Hope this helps.

Cheers Adam.. Yes i have the heater turned on  I will try putting hot water in next time.
But to be fair I thought when i bought this machine it would be instant and constant hot water.
Last thing i thought i would be doing was filling it with hot water.
Oh well maybe there is no replacement for a TM

Well, they say its hot water, but I don't think they specify an actual temperature.  The good thing is that it's not an immersion heater but an inline, so it heats the water quickly as it passes through the heater and as long as you don't leave too much time between trigger pulls, the temperature will stay constant.  I hardly ever use the heater TBH, only on real greasy carpets.  Remember, the right chemical for the job, and good agitation and technique is more important than a bit of extra heat.  PLUS you have 500 psi to power through the dirt so I wouldn't worry too much about the heat. 

I think it's an adequate machine for most jobs, a powerful pump and 2X 3 stage vacs plus wonderwand means low drying times.  I'd imagine a truckmount would be overkill on most jobs, just gets the job done quicker.  You got a good bit of kit, use it right and the sky is the limit my friend

You can always have a chat to the people you got it from, how long have you had the machine?

PS I read that too hot water can damage pump seals so I wouldn't have it much hotter than 40 c in the tank.

Cheers mate, It may well be that i had left too much time between trigger pulls. Will try it out 2moro.
What type of chemical are you using ? I just pre spray with microsplitter agitate with sebo duo and extract with plain water
Do you recomend an in tank additive

I use the premium microsplitter from amtech most of the time which is usually does the job. I sometimes use powerburst on trashed or wool carpet, then rinse with microsplitter.  I would stick with the MS for now as its safe on all carpet types. 

Yes I just extract with plain water, you can put the MS intank but I choose not to.  I just add a little citrus deoderiser to my prespray which the customers always like, not sure if you should mix with the MS but not had any problems so far, or lack of prespray effectiveness.

I pretty much use the same set up as you Adam. I will try adding the deo next time..it makes good sense.
I purchased from Amtech. It has only recently dawned on me that i may have problems rinsing with a recycling system. How would i go about an acid rinse etc.

I never use an acid rinse.  Microsplitter doesn't need rinsing so wouldn't worry about it
