Its looks like it only has 4 rows of monofilament, if that’s the case it only has half the amount of cleaning ability compared to any standard brush. I don’t think that brush would be suitable for everyday work you will lose to much time and the brush will end up costing you a small fortune.

It's that kind of comment Ewan that really shows you up as-

1. A none window cleaner

2. A proper numpty head!

Your either a complete Muppet or you are being paid by Gardiner’s, it definitely one of the two.

Isn't it recommended for maintenance cleans,as per website? U'd be rather nieve to use it on a stubborn initial clean.

The aerial brush looks great and would really really love to try it, but at £59.45 I will have to say no. Love to try it, but I think that's an insane amount of money for just a brush.

Anyway, I'm going to expand my brush range with a Tucker and one of these pretty soon. Maybe in the future I hope to add the aerial brush to that, it does sound very promising.

I wonder (genuine question) if a brush has, say 1000 filaments (or whatever) in four rows, will it clean differently from 1000 filaments in eight rows?

Would there be any way of making these brushes work with a swivel, but not bodging the brush in the process?  I take it the weight has been shaved off by making the stock narrower.

Yes I appreciate that, but the normal version, which includes basically everything the gardiners brush has (except for the sill extension, which doesn't make too much sense to me) is still £49.32. That's a heck of a lot of money?  

I know a brush can make you so much more money then that, but still it doesn't seem right to buy it for that price.  

Anyway, I better stop talking about it since this topic was about the new Gardiners brush.

I'm surprised no one has come up with a decent swivel to fit on the plastic goosenecks. If I want a decent swivel i have to make my own as the ones for sale on some websites are absolute rubbish. I adapt a grout tile swivel brush and use that as the swivel and gooseneck in one before the plastic angle adapter. Some manufacturer please make a decent one to fit standard size brushes as it speeds up jobs on large panes of glass and awkward to reach windows

I seem to remember some time ago Alex Gardiner hinted at a swivel built in the headstock being in development. Not sure.

I've sat this one out because i'm unsure.I have a lot of gardiner products and like many others get excited by their innovation.How many other suppliers inject genuinley new ideas?

What i can't understand is Ewan's obsession with damping down any positive comments about gardiners.I'm not going to get one of these brushes, but love to read the thoughts of others who can see the possibilies.

I think Gardiners Pole Systems are a great company to do business with. Excellent customer service, wonderful equipment, great guy who runs the gaff and a pleasure to do business with.
