Well, not for sale EXACTLY!

This has cost me £10,000 to recieve this number I hope you'll all realise what an intrepid entrepeneur I am to be able to do this, you better appreciate my efforts for doing this for you all as no-one else has had the foresight to be able to do this, gosh! Anyway back to the job in hand, its a 4 bedder, probably about £20 I guess, and regular I believe.

What you didnt know Im Rise on here, Ive been on here for a long time now as Rise, many have refered to me with my first name.

Anyway, I wont have any interest in your scheme Lee, I have far too much work as things stand, I wont be wanting anymore unless its of the type that I target.

Im in the middle of selling approx 15% of what I have which will allow me to further expand in the niche I prefer, without letting down any of those customers I would prefer to let go.

I run a fairly strict ship here; I have high hourly targets, I have a high average account value and I have a high minimum charge (because of the type of account I look to secure). So I wont be passing any of my finance in your direction, I have no need to buy work.

I generally find I am able to secure work because of my selling confidence, excellent flyers and experience gained through my time in the business.
