Just ask the customer have they any hot water and when they say yes, (thinking its to clean the windows) say can you put a teabag in it please.

Never turn down a coffe unless I know they have that mellow birds crap.

Carry an empty 4 pint milk bottle in the van and you have somewhere to pee. Just remember to lock the van doors... Had a customer open one once while I was having a jimmy riddle in the back... She said I could have used her toilet and and said I'll pay you now (whilst I was still going)
