I've found the answer to our prayers guys. There's an app called Logmein. It costs £17.99 to buy BUT i just bit the bullet and YESSSSSSS you can open WCP and do the "normal" stuff that you'd usually do on your laptop/PC. It really IS the answer to our prayers. Go check it out, then you can all blow me kisses and buy me beers. And NOOOOOOO i'm in no way connected to the manufacturers. I'm just one of us xxx
It wont work on the itouch by the way UNLESS you're in a wifi zone. 3G will keep us in touch, anytime,anyplace,anywhere ;-)

This just seems so simple. Took 5 minutes to register,log in etc. Am I'm THICK when it comes to technology :-(

I have HTC magic just searched android market and logmein ignition seems to enable you to access your PC remotely so I guess you could use wcp not sure if your PC needs to be on at home for it to work though not tried it her.

I believe ya pc does have to be on OR on standby. It'd undoubtably be better on the iPad but once again you'd only have wifi to work with. You do have to scroll alot on iPhone but it's easy enough to get the gist of it.

Parrells desktop 6 is now available on iphone so you can also run windows with WCP on a IPHONE

Very interesting and I believe that this will run the full version as you are simply connecting to your desktop.

I wasn't thinkin outside the box Brad. I just saw the app,read the reviews and thought sod it,let's give it a go. I'm just hoping it ain't gonna cost you guys loads of money from any plans you may have had for a program to work on the iPhone. I hope that ain't the case :-(

We really appreciate yor concern, its not a problem as anything that helps WCP users is always welcome as far as Ian and I are concerned.  Let me know how it works out for you and if it's as useful as it sounds initially then it's a really good find.

Well I pretended I needed to use it today :-) Turned on 3G. Took a few seconds but yep no probs at all. IF anyone is thinkin of getting it I'd suggest leaving WCP on on your pc. It'll save time when you're working as you won't have to waste time waiting for it to initialise. Just my thoughts ;-)
