Been asked to quote for carpet cleaning in a large office, now i'm not a carpet cleaner but have done plenty of work for these before and i'm their 1st port of call for any works.
I am looking for advice on machine hire and pricing and any other tips you may be able to give me.
The carpet is bog standard office stuff, no really bad stains, regulary vacced and it's a fair size .TBH i think they want it cleaned because they think they should and they've got a big boss visiting.
Any advice welcome

Plenty of guys on here from your area.

Get them over to quote and include 15% for your cut.

This is certainly not one to take on yourself as you could end up doing more damage (I was thinking not only to the carpets but to your relationship with this custy).

Just post a new heading in this section stating that a CC is required for subbie work. Check that they're up to scratch and then take it from there. Alternatively, Clinton is from up that way and he does plenty of commercial stuff, so drop him a mail.

If you charged the customer £2k  I am sure someone will clean it for £1500 , just make sure they stand by thier work .

Id to agree with what jason  posted and sub it out for a small cut and your happy and also your clients are happy..
