Would go and see them first and find out exactly what is required and when it needs to be done. It's no good guessing and just thinking what may need doing. If not for a few weeks add 20% to your price.
Depends on the above and the state it is in what you charge.

just go look and work out your normal price then x it by five and double it because it insides as well and you will be to expensive but if you get it might be worth the hassle

make sure you get them to sign a scratched glass waiver as well to cover your back...

I have only ever done one and said i will charge by the hour @ £27.00 per hour, it was a big 5 bed country house, took me 5 hours and a lot of effort but i was happy with that and so were they!
