window blind cleaning

window blind cleaning - do you get involved? i have done a search on here but didnt find much

i ask because over time ive started doing more and more domestic insides glass  and ive been asked about doing the blinds .  this coming week im doing a house with slatted wood blinds and i havnt done this before- any tips?  is it dangerous water to start doing it ??   i havnt given the lady a price , as i have no idea

I wouldn't have thought the cleaning would be too difficault - usually just a dusting required,
problems arise when something goes wrong, say your doing the blind and it comes off the wall...

make sure your price is good and something is signed such as a damage waiver.
no good doing a job for £50.00  only to cost you £200.00 in repairs and replacements

i wouldnt touch them,if they break you will have to replace,i find it best to stick to cleaning windows  ;)

if you want to do it use a steam cleaner can get em for £20 plug in though use there eleciy  ;D

I just give them the phone number of a guy that does ultra sonic blind cleaning, he come round in his van and takes them away and returns in the afternoon with clean blinds, I think he charges £7 a set

Cleaning windows blind? Blimey I have enough difficulty doing a good job and I have 20/20 eyesight!
