Always take on new customers that come to you, as opposed to having to canvas them. They are a better grade of customer. You will soon get some of your existing customers dropping out for what ever reason.

Agreed, sounds like you are in an ideal position to refine your work. Quote a GOOD price. If you get it drop your poor - if they say no you haven't lost anything.

why drop poorly priced work with customers you have a relationship with already but rather explain to them that you can carry on cleaning there windows at the price you are happy with. 1 people aprreciate your honesty and your name does not get tarred and 2 generally people would prefer to stay with someone reliable than somebody they have never met before.

i know what ya saying ian but i havent worked the round for a while and things havent ran as smoothly as possible one of the lads has left and im back working now i just want to get it all working right without distractions for 3-4 months let me work out the messers etc then evict a few off the list and replace with better paying clients. im still goin to quote the houses just be more than i would normally go in at which is high already haha
