good listen shame though about having to mention jehovahs
just because lots choose to be cleaners it has nothing to do
with actually cleaning windows

dodgy dave and missis did ok...well his missus did anyway ;D

if lots of them become window cleaners then of course it has something to do with window cleaning

you answered your own question

try reading what i said numpty ;D why you become a window
cleaner is irrelevant to actually window cleaning the new tech (wfp)
being able to squeegee, managing a business.

didnt hear about how many start because they have been redundant
or other reasons why because its actually irrelevant to cleaning
windows.

but the typical stereotypical crap always starts george flaming
formby or how most windies are jehovah witnesses

nothing personal against any religious group i just
find it irritating >:(

I think a survey was done once on here and I think over a third were Jehovahs Witnesses, definatly the most percentage of any other job in the UK. As I have said on here many times, why my dad became a w/c as after the war no one would give him a job for remaining neutral. He was the first JW window cleaner on Teesside, and because he made more than 6 times the average wage then, it was not long before more JW worked for him , then starting their own w/c business, as job suits flexibility and little start up costs, and most important, gives time for door to door preaching work

I think this is right Rob, for a long time i thought i was an Athiest or even a Pagan as i worshipped the sun and the seasons, but i discovered over time that i am actually a JW. I thought about it and the times i was preaching to customers at the door was unreal, Jesus Christ, Good God, Honest to God,etc where all terms that did and still do flow from my mouth, i swear on the bible !! I've heard unconfirmed reports that it was indeed JW's that started the patch system off, not sure how true it is. But cleanliness is next to Godliness, never a truer saying !!

So, how accurate would you say a poll on this forum is?

I'd say 100% accurate. Do you mean how typical of the target group this forum is?
