am think of taking the plunge and employing some one part time, to help me with my work load, and to free time up to get more work,  i know my wallet will take a hit till have built up round again,  my questions is was employing the right thing for you to do and at what stage did you employ

If you contact the job centre they do various schemes, one of them is a work trial which gives you an employee for around twelve weeks i think free of charge to see if its going to work out for you both. Not quite an answer to the question you asked but it does alleviate the wallet hit.

i have already been offered a bloke for 4 weeks for free as long as i guarantee them 30 hours a week,


do you worry about your employers who go out and knock and get work realise that they can be doiong it for themselves
