Rounds For Rent
« on: August 18, 2010, 11:07:30 pm »
Hi,
Ive got a number of rounds being canvassed in the north west which will be due for rental in the near future.

I would require a deposit of the monthly amount and first months rental up front.
Rental fees start at 25% going upto 35% of the monthly takings.

All the rounds available are aimed at traditional and water fed pole cleaners.

If interested please leave your details and i will email or telephone you more details

35% good luck i rent 6 diff rounds off w/c and pay 20% and sometimes that is too much you must be pricing high for it to be worth someone pulling up in there own van and use there own equipment and water to then hand over 35%

i got told by someone yesterday that they know people renting at 2/3rds ie 66% ridiculous

id want 20 - 25% depending how good the work is

its something im seriously considering for the future to get a wage for not working :)

hi darren i rent off a window cleaner that ive known for years from when he used to live here he now lives in london but comes back to cornwall to see his kids every other week stays for 4 days and gets as much of his round that he still has down here done.
when i started back up after a short break one of his chaps who worked for him was leaving so i suggested i rent some of his one man stuff as i had my own set up wfp that way he could take one van back to london with him.
the other w/c i rent off is a mate of his that is going out to live in south africa he approched me as i had been recomended to him i only do a small round for him though its a god send to be honest as im no good at canvasing

trike
