We have been trying to contact you via email (3 of which have been sent) for the last week and a half in an attempt to authorize the payment on this pole as we were not given a telephone number with your reservation. It is a great pity that you have not phoned the sales desk as your pole is ready and has been for over a week and naturally we are as anxious to get it to you as you are to have it.
Please accept my apologies that communication has somehow broken down - on the assumption that perhaps our emails aren't getting through I felt that a response on the forum would definitely reach you.
Please either give us a quick call or a brief email to authorize payment and we will have the pole with you by next day delivery.

Thanks for the reply, its strange that you don't have my phone number as you phoned me when my slx was ready, but that was quite a few months ago and must have been lost some how.
I don't regulary use that e mail address anymore so my apologies for not getting your emails, but I was informed when I first called to reserve the pole that the payment was to come off my card about 2 weeks before it was ready and would be dispatched automatically, but that obviously wasn't the case
although I did speak to one of your colleauges on the morning of the 30th July when I called to check the status of the order and confirmed again that I wanted the pole.

I have sent you my contact details along with authorisation to take payment from me for the pole.
