I don't like a cable from my waist to my head phones, so I've got a 2 Gb wireless headphones MP3; it's class.  Easy to get at controls (they're on the right ear piece) for when a customer comes out to talk to you; which I don't like to be honest.

They're a bit 'chunky', and I look like Micky Mouse (with slanty eyes), but I don't give a fat WRACs pump to be honest; they're a class bit of kit.

I have a Sony phone with radio..it does the job and I can take calls as well (auto-answer). it's a God-send...life without it would drive me nutz.

Sing to yourself with a smile on your face.

Its a make it or break it approach to everything to do with window cleaning.

download radiobox, best 59p you'll spend. You'll then need to purchase a in car charger for the terrible iPhone battery when it runs flat in 3 hours though.

I use this

It's great, use mp3 or radio, also holds your phone. Plus you can hear everthing around you, and it doesn't disturb others as the sound is directional. people assume it's a safety harness and you are being conscientious too.
Great for the money.
